At AV Mounting Solutions by Sozo Design, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for our products under certain conditions. This policy outlines your rights as a consumer and our obligations as a retailer.

Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
You may be eligible for a refund, repair, or exchange under the following conditions:

Major Faults:

The product has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it.

The product is unsafe.

The product is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you.

The product doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed

Minor Faults:

For minor faults, we may offer a free repair. If the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Change of Mind:

Refunds for change of mind are not offered. However, exchanges or store credits may be provided at our discretion if the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Authorization:

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Returns:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sozodesign.com.au

International Customers
For international orders, the same Australian Consumer Law protections apply. However, additional time should be allowed for shipping and processing. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
